I've gotten all the achievements in the game, and I wanted to share to others on how to get them.

Do note that there are probably some spoilers as well. So watch out if you have not finish the game.
Achievements and how to get them
1) First Strike - Destroy your first enemy ship
This should be simple enough. You should get it on your first mission when you fight the Colonials Interceptors.

2) Strike Suit Evolved - Unlock an ungrade
Also quite simple, if you follow the condition to get the upgrade during the briefing, you should get this easily on the first mission.

3) Tailor Made - Customize your Weapon loadout
You should automatically get this when you start your 2nd mission after you fiddle around with the loadout.

4) Achilles' Heel - Find and Destroy a Capital Ship Weak Point
I got this by accident, so I'm not sure how to get this properly. It should be easy to 'accidently' get this achievement though. My guess? Probably under the ship.
Edit: "Shoot the middle back part on the frigate. Main engine Im guessing."
Edit: "Achilles heel's can be gotten by destroying one of the several weak spots in capital ships. But there's an easier way to get them, just shoot torpedoes in the rear of a Cruiser."

5) Transformer - Transform into a Strike Suit for the first time.
You should get your Strike Suit Craft during the 3rd mission. You'll automatically get it while Control teaches you how to use it.

6) Strike Suit Combo - Destroy 5 Targets at once in Strike Mode
Once you have enough Flux, switch to Strike Mode and destroy 5 targets without changing back. Should be simple enough.

7) Strike Mode Extended - Destroy 20 Targets in Strike Mode
If you use the Strike Mode often, you'll get this achievement eventually.

8) Torpedo 1 Corvette Zero - Destroy a Corvette with a Torpedo
What I did was replay a mission that have an enemy Corvette, and use the Blade Bomber to destroy them with the torpedo.

9) Lucky Strike - Destory a Black Fleet Interceptor with rockets
I'm not sure if missles work, but I use rocket pods to be doubly sure to get this. It also MUST be a Black Fleet Interceptor. A normal one won't work. You should know its a Black Fleet interceptor when they tell you during a cutscene that the enemy IS the Black Fleet. :P
If I'm not mistaken, probably at mission 8 or 9.

10) Completist - Unlock Everything
Unlock all the upgrades. Just do the conditions to unlock the upgrade for every mission and you'll get this.

11) Strike Fast - Complete last mission inside 7 minutes
What I did was holding down my thrusters and only slowing down when necessary. Once you reach the core, don't go for the limiter path, I don't think you have enough time for that. Instead, just destroy the core as fast as you can.

12) Shoot the Moon - You can shoot the moon... we're just not telling you how
Very simple. Just return to the first mission with your Blade Bomber, and shoot your torpedos towards the moon. Eventually, it'll reach and you'll get your achievement. I'm not sure if other weapons work though.
Edit: Rocket pods works. So you don't have to use the Blade Bomber with the torperdo if you don't want to. Just equip your missile loadout with the rocket pods and shoot that moon.

13) Save Earth - Reach the end of the game*
To get this, you must get the bad ending. Which means NOT getting good scores for all your missions.

14) Save Earth's Future - Get a better ending*
To get this, you must get the good ending. Which means getting GOOD OVERALL SCORES for all your missions. A certain amount of gold and platinum medals should suffice. If you haven't get it, keep replaying other missions till you have a higher overall score.

*I gotten the bad ending first, and then replayed some earlier missions to get better score and medal, before playing the last mission, which gave me the better ending.

However, if you gotten the good ending first, then I'm totally not sure how to get the bad ending. Perhaps you have to delete your save and replay the whole game and getting a worse score/medal.

That is all. I hope that this 'sad excuse' of a guide helps you in any way.
If I've made any mistakes, please forgive me and let me know. Thank you! :)

I know this is kind of late, but the best way to get a good score is to finish the missions quickly. At the end of the mission, you get a 'time bonus' mulitplier. Do it fast enough, and you can even get a 5x multiplier.

I need help, I want to get all the gold medals in SSZ, but I don't understand how scoring works. Should I try to not be damaged or kill everything quickly?
I know this topic is old, but if an soul is still here, please help me.

Will this be updated with the Heroes of the Fleet and Raptor achievements?

I'm guessing to get the 'good ending' is more about the getting good 'intel reports' at the end of a mission. Even in the first mission there's a little paragraph that says either Eart Defenses Weakened or Eart Defenses Strengthened. It's likely all about getting those to be nothing but good is the most important part. Good point scores and misssion medals will likely be a side effect, but not the goal.

I found Black Fleet Interceptors during the 9th mission when you need to escort, use the Titan rockets.

I somehow got the "Take one for the team" achievement by crashing into a torpedo head on (and dying)

Seems rather silly not to award "Save Earth" with "Save Earth's Future"...oh well.

@SF8 - Doing the last mission in 7 minutes is mostly about almost never taking your finger off thrusters as you go through the ship, while not getting yourself killed by ramming into obstacles. One thing to note that I found especially useful was that when you come to the part where you have to start shooting through metal doors, DO NOT stop thrustering, and instead keep firing your small plasma gun ahead of you - the obstacle will get destroyed before you reach it and you won't lose precious seconds decelerating to take it out. Once you can speed through that part quick enough, destroying the core is pretty simple.

Also, I'm pretty sure Achilles' Heel can be obtained multiple ways, but the easiest seems to be targetting the engines of a cruiser (especially with torpedos).

How do you even play this game? It's aggravatingly difficult.

Last mission in 7 minutes is tough. Maybe I don't understand how to kill the core more quickly?

...listening her yapping for 6 minutes straight several times in a row is a little affiliate of Hell on Earth...
