Now step one can be done in two ways for maximum efficiency, you can ether grab their waist, or preferably their legs so they cant grab you while you prepare step 2.

Now, you would think you want to pull them close right? Wrong, thats letting them get a chance to grab you and foil the plan. So, if you did step one correctly, this should be easy. Lift them up so they cant reach you, and get ready for the final step.

Now that you have your friend held high in the sky, you slam them back down onto the ground with all your might and strength, dominating them with the one swift move. It may take them a moment to process what happened, so take note to provide them with information for their questions.
Exp: "Who am I? And where am I?"
You: "I have questions for your awnsers"
