First,download some dead goat pictures off of the internet.

Next,set one of the images as your spray.
DONT FORGET THIS STEP. IT IS REQUIRED AND AN ESSENTIAL.

Next,download a bunch of random items off the workshop,this increases your chance of INSTANTLY being kicked greatly.

Now,change your username to a bunch of random words,put as many as steam allows you to have(Character Limit)

And,don't forget to add Xx_ at the start and end of your name.

Next,set your profile to private and change your profile picture to one of the Dead Goat images.

Alright,now join a server.

When you load in,play this on a loop over your microphone:

Next,spray your spray infront of your team..

Now,literally attempt to murder all of them;KILL THEM ALL!

Then,T-bag their incapacitated bodies and spam "YOU GUYS SUCK!" for 6 seconds.

Now,jump off or into an environmental hazard or into a horde and let them murder you.

If you aren't kicked after that,google "Ringing of ears" and put it on a loop,then play it over your microphone.
