ÖBB Schlierenwagen

From 1965 to 1981 the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) built exact 800 four-axle passenger cars. They were produced in licence of the swiss "Einheitswagen I" and nicknamed "Schlierenwagen" due to the town they were originally built. These very comfortable wagons were originally used in express trains, and were transferred to regional and commuter trains in the 1980s. They were in service until 2009/2010; a large number of wagons was preserved for museums and nostalgia-trains, some were also sold to Hungaria and Kosovo.

In this pack included are 10 wagons (6 second-class-cars and 4 first-class-cars) in all liveries in which they were paited in when they were in regular service in Austria.


Features:

- The different liveries are overlapped some years to be able to form trains with mixed liveries (which you could see very often)
- Realistic purchasing- and running-costs (not calculated by the game)
- Every wagon has a different numbering
