Inside the cargo Container with the guns on it.

In the Garbage Bin.

Graveyard
In the Mausalium (not the breifcase).

Corpo Office
In the bottom Drawer.

Construction Yard
Inside the Wire Spool

Foundry
On the back doors in the Van. You need to grab it as it goes by.

Airplane
Inside the Landing Gear. You have to grab it before it lowers.

Desperados Bar
Under the Pool Balls.

Outer Heaven
In the Tank behind you.

Resturaunt
In the Second Kimchi Pot from the left.

Pyramid
Behind the Screen in the console in front of you.

wlofa have you gotten all of the other ones? you might have accidentally grabbed that one without realising since if you grab it once they dont show up again

The one under the pool balls in Desperados bar is not there for me as well as the one in the restaurant. I still don't have the achievement, so I'm going to try reinstalling and verifying the game to see if they reappear.

Thanks for the guide! It would be helpful if you noted that the discs disappear after you get them (and if they’re gone it means you must’ve gotten the disc without knowing)
Screenshots of what they’re inside of might be helpful for some as well :D
