csgo_achievement_idle(Broken)

Description
csgo version of tf2 achievement_idle map.

I just removed somethings of the orginal and changed the orgial materials to the csgo materials.

And also added hostage and C4.

this map is broken cause of csgo update,i'll fix it when i am free.
