2. Unzip and place the folder in Program Files (86x) > Steam > skins
   
   
   
   
3. In your Steam client, go to Steam > Settings > Interface and choose your newly added skin.
   
   
   
   
4. You'll be prompted to restart your Steam client. Click restart for your new bookmark tabs.

You can customize the bookmark links to have any content you want.

• If you used method 1, open the folder you downloaded and go to Guide Bookmarks > resource > menus and open the text file called "steam" in notepad.
  
  
• If you used method 2, just open the text filed you downloaded in notepad.

Once the text file opens, scroll down to the bottom. You'll see something like this:
