Religion Notification with Vision

Description
Shows notification in Notification Panel on following events:

1) Dominant religion of a city you are owner of has changed;
2) Religion you are founder of became dominant in a foreign city;
3) Religion you are founder of ceased to be dominant in a foreign city;
4) New religion founded somewhere in the World.

Also grants vision on a city within 2 tiles range.

Compatible with base game and Gathering Storm.
Compatible with HotSeat and Multiplayer.

This is plugin! Requires Population Notification Extended mod. Exclusively available for my Friends here on Steam.

Ok. I see now. Player may get false notifications if he has NO religion of his own. This will be fixed when I have time.

@FearSunn : same for me.
In my previous game : a notification for Paris changed religion, turn around 50, just after the achievement of Stonehenge. I did not met the french at this time.
Not really disturbing, but a real bug for sure.
