Raitou-Oria; The neon ninja from Nihon

Hailing from Kyoto, Raitou-Oria(Japanese for 'Light Warrior') is Japans latest and greatest fan favorite. Known for his lightning quick attacks and unpredictable movement, Raitou-Oria is the living definition that big things do come in small packagers, by coming in at 5'1 and 130 pounds. He presents him self as a tough challenge for anyone going up against him. He has accomplished quite a lot already and is looking to take his talent globally, ready to fight anyone in his path.

I'll send a link when he debuts. I just bought a new recording software that works way better than the one I had so I'll wait til after my current set of tapings ends (I know I sound like TNA) and debut him then.
