Description
This is the basic 3-lane highway from the game with carpool lane decals built in. You need to be subscribed to the decals in order for it to work, but you will not need to manually place the decals to have your carpool lane.

Note that the cims do not follow the rules of the road and you may have some trucks illegally driving in the carpool lane.

With the Traffic Manager: President edition I can edit the highway and actually make it a carpool lane. thank you!

Willskill, with the mod "<forgot main part> President Edition," I edited the rules to make the lane cars only,
