You can start playing Sniper Wars at anytime. In Sniper Wars you must only snipe other snipers, just being a sniper and that's it isn't playing Sniper Wars. When you play Sniper Wars, it is advised that you tell everyone that you are about to play Sniper Wars and not to interfere, you may kill or jarate (TF2 Only obviously) non-snipers in self-defense.

The rules are:

#1: Only kill other snipers.

#2 Only kill enemies by sniping (try to kill them via headshots, bodyshots are less preffered), no melee killing or projectile/hit scan weapons beside the Sniper Rifle or whatever ocupies the Sniper Rifles slot.

#3 You may break rules 1 & 2 to defend yourself if someone interferes.

#4 NO cheating (third party cheat software such as aimbot, spinbot, or base game console commands such as noclip, and yada yada yada, etc.)

OPTIONAL CODE OF CONDUCT:

#5 Yes, if you can pull them off, 360 Noscopes are allowed. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

#6 No tea bagging allowed, whatsoever. Only douches teabag. I don't care what kind of tea it is. I think I am getting confused about what I am talking about. Don't use Pumpkin Spice tea. End of Story.

#7 But you can use Jarate (if you play Sniper Wars in Team Fortress 2) against those who interfere with Sniper Wars.
