Описание
Paradise Gardens was once a small, seaside family park featuring the historic Tudor Square and the thrilling Seashell Beach. A hurricane flooded Seashell Beach, forcing the park to close. The previous owner shuttered the park and let it languish, acquiring massive debt as the years passed. Now ownership--and the debt--has passed to you. You reopened the historic Tudor Square, which has proved successful among families, but teens still yearn for something more thrilling. Now is the perfect time to grow, settle the debts, and revitalize Paradise Gardens. As the park expands, you will face a tough decision: Do you sell as scrap metal what remains of Seashell Beach to pay of debt? Do you rebuild? Or, do you turn Seashell Beach into a post-apocalyptic themed land? The choice is yours!

Nice little scenario :) I won it pretty easily but you could definitely have plenty of fun building out a park from what's been provided here
