[Guide] Animating Cameras in Source Filmmaker
By Capt Fuzzy
In this guide, I will attempt to answer some of the questions about how to use multiple cameras in your shots in Source Filmmaker.
I will also cover some basics of camera animation.
This guide is a little more advanced than some of my other guides and assumes that you have at least a solid basic knowledge of how to use SFM. If you do not have the basics down, I suggest that you learn those BEFORE attempting this.

General Q&A from the SFM Community at large
Thanks to everyone of you who put up with some of my somewhat 'stupid' questions.
Remember, the only truly stupid question is the one you never ask...
First, a little info...
This guide focuses on animating cameras, nothing else.
I did, however, create a special animation just to demonstrate how you can animate one or more cameras. I do not explain how I created the special animation that I'm using as it is outside the scope of this guide.

If you want to learn how to do that part, I suggest you check out this guide:

This guide may also be of some use, since it demonstrates how to lock a character to a vehicle so that the character stays with the vehicle and doesn't drift around.

This guide may also be useful as it demonstrates a camera animation technique known as 'gimballing'.

The Guide

As always, if you have any questions, ask away, I'll answer them as quickly as I can...

Bonus: The finished video...
Here's what the finished animation looks like with some sound effects:
