OK, so here is the solution: in the chamber where there is an empty "deadly" moat and "TEST" is written on the wall, just stand there for like 1 minute and do NOT push the button.

The problem isn't that the guide is short but that I still cannot get this achievement. The description for this achievement is "Refuse to solve the first test in Chapter 8". This guide says the second. So what is the truth? And how to not solve it? You should attach screenshots too, just to be sure I'm in the correct test chamber. How much should I wait or what should I do?
