Wow i can not belive how long it took me to figure this out XD
I hope you like this W.I.P Blood Retexture the textures were made pixelated on Purpose, but if anyone can help me out with this if they know how to do this XD

(This Addon Is No longer being worked on!)

2022 Update June 20:
I haven't been able to work on this addon for quite awhile since my main laptop
is crappy and can not run gmod that well anymore (super laggy)
