Better TFE/TSE Movement

I might get crucified for this but TFE/TSE's slow as **** base movement speed has always irked me although I didn't think about it for a long time. But after thinking about how fun my movement enhancement mod for BFE was, I decided TFE/TSE might be really awesome with a bit of the same treatment.

What I've done here is simply slightly increase the movement speed, taking great care not to make it too fast. I've also made sure that this doesn't make the Speed Pickup change your movement to Ludricrous Speed. The result is movement that actually gives you a chance against the retardedly hard amounts of enemies tossed at you in Serious difficulty. You now aren't totally out-maneuvered and flanked in a manner of seconds. Well, as long as your reflexes are quick enough.

But that's the point. Now, it's all on you. Your footwork now even moreso decides just how much you're gonna get raped, if at all. Make no mistake though, Serious difficulty will still brutally punish you for stupid movement, even if you're now slightly faster.

Oh and BTW, I HIGHLY recommend you use this with my AWE pack for TFE/TSE. These two mods go REALLY well together.
