this replace the charger voice for the doomfist of overwatch
(sorry for bad english)
I tried my best on this one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
If u have problems with the sounds on the main menu open the console and write this "snd_rebuildaudiocache" (WITHOUT THE " ) wait until the loading bar is completed even if is still loading or you can wait a little longer and restart the game , that should fix most of the sounds problems ,including static.
