"A GIF example of the recent output/recording that I have been experiencing with the normally-reliable-and-fast-performing ACTION by Mirillis (which occurs intermittently, as can be seen). I'm not sure what is causing it. This was occurring both before and after a complete format/reinstall of Windows 10.... I am trying different Troubleshooting steps (such as running a different codec/compressor, recording at different resolutions (720p rec/Original rec/...) etc) to see if I can isolate what might be causing it. I also just saw there was a Beta of ACTION v.3.0, which I will try, to see if this issue is present."
