"In our pride we came to see ourselves as gods, we would open the door and transcend this plain of existance. But we forgot that a door works both ways. So obcessed were we with getting out that we never stopped to think what we might be letting in. We found a horror beyond imagining, twisted, viewing all life as a threat to it, they are many, they are the outcasts."

Lore: Long ago, the galaxy was split between nine factions, each one jelously guarding their territory whilst eying up that of their neighbours. One day however, one of the empires discovered a dark secret buried on their world, fearing what they might have found, the other races turned on them. There was no warning shots, no decleration of war, not even a demand for their surrender. The destruction was near complete and total, however, one ship escaped with the secret teachnology. The race hid in the area known as the outlands, they were bitter, twisted, all but forgetting their former selves, they concluded that in order to secure the safety and future of their race, they must cleanse the galexy.

The Outcasts is a new faction based off CherryPie's Cold Fusion Gods, but heavily edited and balened to make them more comparable to the vanilla or altered vanilla factions whilst still presenting a large step-up in challenge. The Outcasts lack shields, but more than make up for it with devastating plasma and Fusion caster weaponary, good early game armour as well as very strong albeit costly late game armour.
