These four new condominium buildings offer four stories each of patented Extremely Stupid Housing Technology™ that will see to it that those "undesirables" living next door will surely be priced out and forced to move. And a little displacement never hurt anybody!

cool asset but new construction doesn't cause gentrification, in fact it's one of the surest ways to avoid it :)
