Is your neighborhood a little too "working class?" Are your property values a little too "urban?" Don't you want to live among royalty, among aristocracy, among the gentry?

Fear not, because the Stupid Condos are here to launch those real estate prices into orbit. These four new condominium buildings offer four stories each of patented Extremely Stupid Housing Technology™ that will see to it that those "undesirables" living next door will surely be priced out and forced to move. And a little displacement never hurt anybody!

This is a set of four different 1x4 growable houses based on those found all over Chicago and probably elsewhere.

cool asset but new construction doesn't cause gentrification, in fact it's one of the surest ways to avoid it :)
