INTRO
Hello and welcome to my first steam guide! The achievements not listed here are story related.
The profiles (A popular dude achievement) listed in this guide are missable.
SPOILERS AHEAD! Have fun! :)
CHAPTER 1
  • Exemplary Student
    Solve the test questions.
    In Chris's parents room there is a stack of papers you can interact with. The second time you interact, you will have to answer one of the test questions. You only have one chance to respond right, so think carefully! (It's letter C btw)




  • A popular dude: Joshua and Heather Bauer (2/5)
    Gather all the Profiles.
    After helping Matt, go up and enter his lab. Interact with his parents to get the profiles.







  • Gamer: Window Breaker Boy (1/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    You can find the first cartridge at Invaders Arcade. Talk to Wyatt and offer him help. After entering the room in the left, interact with the chest before you finish solving the puzzle.






  • A popular dude: Wyatt (3/5)
    Gather all the Profiles.
    After helping Wyatt at the arcade, you will get his profile.


  • A popular dude: Long John (4/5)
    Gather all the Profiles.
    Exit Invaders Arcade and go right until you reach Long John Diner. Enter the diner and offer help. After dealing with the rats, you will get Long John's profile.






  • Unbounded Interrogation
    Make the mime talk.
    When you encounter the mime at the Main Plaza, just interact with him until he talks.





  • First-rate detective: A Pink Storm (1/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    It's located above the Electronic Supply shop in Tajunga. After meeting with Big Joe, proceed to the right side of his mother's shop. Use Chris to climb the stairs.



    After that, use Matt to reach the roof of the Electronic Supply shop.






  • Moviegoer: Trek Wars VI: Spock's Return (1/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    After meeting Charlie and fighting the rednecks, proceed to the next area until you get to this point.



    Go to the left and climb down the vines. The chest is on top of the RV.



  • What were you staring at?! (1/3)
    Find all the portraits of the guy who is watching us.
    In the treehouse, use the telescope.






  • Music lover: Lionel Richi (1/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    After reuniting the gang in the treehouse, proceed to the next area.




    Climb the broken bridge with Chris and jump into the hole.




    Use Matt to reach the chest.


CHAPTER 2
  • Poltergeist gone!
    Make Mr. Freeman stop the construction on the pool.
    After getting the Duat, head to Freeman's House (it's the house right next to Chris's).




    After entering, speak with the Native Chief. He will ask for your help to convince Mr. Freeman to prevent the construction of the pool.


    Talk to Mr. Freeman about the situation. You will be presented with three options of dialogue:
    • Stop construction
    • Indian Chief
    • What does your wife think?

    Choose [What does your wife think?] to proceed. He will talk a bit and then you have the option to Threat him or Make a deal. Choose the first option. If you didn't get the achievement, just talk to the Chief again.




  • Last Words
    Read all the epitaphs.
    There are six epitaphs in total and you can find them in the Chapter 2 at the cemetary.


    1st epitaph
    You can find it in the same location you fight your first major battle in the cemetary.


    2nd and 3rd epitaphs
    Located in the next area.


  • Music lover: Miguel Jackson (2/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    After fighting your second major battle, a gate will open and you'll be at this place. The chest is inside the mausoleum on the left.



    4th and 5th epitaphs
    Located in the area after the 2nd major battle.


    6th epitaph
    Located in the area of the 3rd major battle.


  • Moviegoer: The Buster Ghosts (2/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    It can be found at the school in the Chapter 2. After getting stuck inside the cantina, swap to Kevin and pass through the locked door.



    Go straight down and enter the classroom. The chest is in front of the teacher's table.
CHAPTER 3
  • Music lover: Dropsyllica (3/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    You can find it in Chapter 3. When you reach this part (early on in the chapter) go down. You will see some bushes to the right. Destroy them.



    Now go up and use Chris to climb the vines.



  • Moviegoer: John Mambo (3/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    This VHS can be found in the Chapter 3. Just proceed through the level until you reach this location. Hover to the little island on the left with Matt and wait for his stamina to regenerate.


    Now go northwest and you will arrive at the chest location.


  • First-rate detective: Tales of the Duat (2/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    Located in the treadmill section in Chapter 3. After activating the trap with Kevin, change back to the other character and proceed through the treadmill.



    Following the treadmill, you should end up here. Use Matt to hover to the chest.


CHAPTER 4
  • Gamer: Human Hunt (by Ducks) (2/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    After leaving the Dark Woods (Chapter 3), you should arrive at this location:




    Go up and turn left, the chest in next to a tree.



  • A popular dude: Bronson (5/5)
    Gather all the Profiles.
    Inside the sewers after crossing paths with Hermit, climb up the first ladder you come across (with the V for Vendetta symbol painted on the wall next to it). This is the last missable profile.


  • Master Splinter
    Find Master Splinter.
    You can find Master Splinter in the sewers in Chapter 4.



  • Gamer: Mushroom Eaters Bros (3/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    You can find it in the sewers in Chapter 4. It's in the same location where you find Master Splinter.




  • Moviegoer: Planet of the Mobwais (4/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    Located on the first floor of the Sarducci's Mansion. It's in the room with the dresser blocking the door.










  • Evil Baby
    Watch the Devil's Cradle.
    Find the elevator in the Sarducci's Mansion and go to the basement.




    There you will find a stroller. Just interact with it to get the achievement.



  • What were you staring at?! (2/3)
    Find all the portraits of the guy who is watching us.
    Located on the second floor of the Sarducci's Mansion.





  • Music lover: Bono, Edge & The Guys Behind Us (4/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    After leaving Shen Lee's store, go to an alley on the left side.




    The chest is behind some boxes.
CHAPTER 5
  • Gamer: The ExtraTerrestial (Buried Version) (4/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    As soon as you gain control of the characters, go to the left. The chest is hidden behind a rock.




  • Inscriptiana Jones
    Read all the inscriptions in the cave.
    Here you can find all the inscriptions scattered in the cave.

  • Music lover: Radical Mix! Volume One (5/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    Proceed through the cave until you reach this part with the Duat platforms. Go to the southeast and you should find the chest.



  • First-rate detective: Pentagon Papers (Secret Volume) (3/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    You can find this document in the cave after solving the puzzles involving the blocks. When you reach this part, go up.



    Use Matt to proceed to the north. Now just go left on the path.
CHAPTER 6
  • Moviegoer: Creepyface (5/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    This VHS can be found at Goldfield's Jail.




  • Moviegoer: The Brain Gourmets (6/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    This VHS is inside the saloon in Goldfield.




  • Gamer: Packed Buddy (5/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    This cartridge is located in the mine at Goldfield. When you reach this part, go to the right with Kevin. It's located in a small room behind a pole.




  • First-rate detective: 1DW Project (One Day War) (4/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    This document can be found after you complete the DeLorean minigame. When you arrive at "New Goldfield", the chest is below a picnic table.

CHAPTER 7
  • Gamer: Dino Bubbles in troubles (6/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    When reaching this corridor with the spotlights in Chapter 7, go all the way to the right and stop.



    Now go down, and a new area will be revealed. The chest is behind some crates.


  • Roy, I'm already inside
    That box looks suspicious.
    Before hopping into the truck, go down. You should see a little passage.




    Go through and you will see a box. Interact with it to get the achievement.


  • First-rate detective: The Word of Osis (5/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    When you reach this location with the spotlights, select Matt and go to the right.




    The chest is located in a small corner.


  • Music lover: Radical Mix! Volume Two (6/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    After going through the part with the platforms and spotlights, you will arrive at this location.



    Go up with Matt, avoiding the spotlights.


    Explode the mine and go up.


    The chest is located behind some pipes.
CHAPTER 8
  • First-rate detective: Duat Matter experiment (6/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    Proceeding through the level, you should arrive at this location with this catwalk. Go to the left and then up.



  • Music lover: Radical Mix! Volume Three (7/7)
    Gather all the Cassettes.
    When you reach this place with the lasers, go left and up.




    Now go to the left through a hidden passage and open the chest containing the last cassette to complete your collection!


  • Moviegoer: Sedentator (7/7)
    Gather all the VHSes.
    Proceed until you reach this location. The chest is to the left.




  • First-rate detective: Word of Seth: God of the End of Days (7/7)
    Gather all the Classified Documents.
    This document can be found next to Bronson's corpse.




  • Hunted Chameleon
    Find the camouflaged agent, even if it's too late for him.
    The agent can be found in the same area you find Bronson's corpse. Just go right and then up. You should go through a door and the corpse will be lying in a room. Interact with it to get the achievement.



  • What were you staring at?! (3/3)
    Find all the portraits of the guy who is watching us.
    His portrait can be found after Matt and Chris get separated.




  • Gamer: Monkey Donkey (7/7)
    Gather all the Cartridges.
    You can find it after Chris and Matt get separated. When regaining control of Chris, reach this location with the treadmill. The chest is well hidden on the left.

Alguien puede pasarme una save game del juego de antes del maldito bug que ya llevo colgado dos años y me gustaría seguir jugando sin rehacerlo de nuevo, me quede en la cueva donde sangra el gordito , no puedo cambiar de personajes y no puedo seguir :-(

This guide needs to be edited. Collectibles can be missed because guide is not ordered by chapter. Please edit by chapter to make a perfect guide for first timers and also less confusing for comebackers 4/10
