The achievement is given after reading 90 pieces of art, there are many more to find.
The churches help a lot if you want to compensate for some crosses in the wilderness, I didn't even go to Wranik or the Ledetschko area before I got the achievement.
All in all you don't have to bother with the hidden places and there are at least a handful of crosses not explored by the guide, so I would say there are probably more than 120 pieces of art that you only need 90 of for the achievement.
Besides reading the crosses as soon as you discover them (instead of assuming they already count by riding along the roads like we all did) I recommend visiting the churches and walking along the inner walls for possible pieces of art (don't forget the upper floors). This way you already have a nice buffer and don't need to run into the forest for every cross, which can be a bit more of a challenge in hardcore mode.
At least I don't have to wonder anymore.
