Description
TECHNOLOGIES UNLOCKED

This mod adds traits to the custom faction menu wich unlocks certain tiers (1 - 5) of the technology horizon.
Thus, the player can determine at wich technological development stage his empire starts in the game.

NEW
Now it is possible to select the level of development in each technology quadrant separately.

Also the old trait (Omni TECH) wich unlocks all technologies still exist.

Due to its structure, this mod should always be functional, even if it is not up to date.

A trait wich gives 500 extra points for selecting other traits is available.


NOTE
In order not to influence the number of selectable traits, the OT's traits are not counted when creating your own new custom faction.


IMPORTANT
The new DLC2 Behemoth techs are not unlocked in this release, because they are a part of the game storyline.
As with the predecessor, the 4 Endless techs were left out for victory conditions.

@Refuel: Thank you for the report! The problem you identified relates to a missing description of a faction trait within the "Sandbox" modification. Therefore you should tell this issue the author of the "Sandbox" mod "Cyrob" ... Have fun!

Js.Cap, discovered a small description error. In the create custom faction screen to assign more hacking operations (the multi level one up to +10 hacking ops) the name and description is showing something like %sandboxhacks01title through 95. Not a big deal to me as the main description shows what it does but wanted to let you know in case you are a perfectionist.
