(No personal offense to the creator of this post I'm just fed up and disappointingly just angry is all. My apologies)

What was originally in the {LINK REMOVED} part? Because whatever it is seems important since the steps afterwords doesn't make sense...
1st: Disable your IDM.
2nd: Check "No extraction" only.
3rd: Change the file extension to ".mod" before saving the file.
4th: Open properties of the mod file, change file extension to .zip and check "Unblock Content", then apply.
5th: Extract that zip file and place it in your game mod folder. And Enjoy
