For some reason Water doesn't appear in the shop at first? It's not entirely clear but I think it either appears after a month, after you max out one villager's relationship, after you infuse one soul, or something like that? It just happened naturally while playing the early game, so I'd say just check the shop every day til you see it.

One Way Communication
Obtain 5 homunculus letters
When a homunculus gets to 1/3rd, 2/3rds and full affinity bar, it should give you a letter.

Unjust Communication
Obtain 50 homunculus letters.
You don't have to get all the possible ones for each homunculus type, just 50 total from any homunculi. A tip is to mass stock up on the plain gift box later in the game when you have more money, every homunculus likes it equally so it's easier to rapidly click and give her a bunch at once. The only difficulty in this achievement is the guilt you feel from seeing how much these poor monsters trust you!

Reciprocal Action
Max out all villagers's relationship bars. Relationship raises a lot when completing material requests but also to a small degree every time you send a homunculus to that job. After their bar is maxed out, start work again the next week and they should approach you with their final dialogue section.

Clear Memory
This is actually the same thing, the memoirs appear after maxing out certain villagers's relationships.
Remember to go to work again after you finish unlocking the last villager's relationship, when a week passes you'll get the final memoir.

Hazy Memory
50% point towards the above two achievements.

A Hope
Unlock "A Hope" story
You get this automatically during the tutorial.

To The After Life
Unlock "To The After Life" story
Run out of embalming fluid at any point. Warning! This is the only 'game over' ending and it actually erases your save file when it happens. So either save it for last or start a new save file and do nothing for a week or so til your balm supply runs out.

Euphoric Daughter
Unlock "Euphoric Daughter" story
Infuse a soul that has max Joy.

Raging Daughter
Unlock "Raging Daughter" story
Infuse a soul that has max Anger.

Gloomy Daughter
Unlock "Gloomy Daughter" story
Infuse a soul that has max Sadness.

Terrified Daughter
Unlock "Terrified Daughter" story
Infuse a soul that has max Fear.

Conflicting Soul
Unlock "Conflicting Soul" story
Infuse a soul that contains equal amounts of each affinity (or at least very close to equal)

Perfect Daughter
Unlock "Perfect Daughter" story
Infuse a soul that contains the maximum of every affinity.

The End?
Unlock "The End?" story
Okay now this is REALLY DARN TRICKY!
You probably didn't notice, but this part of the tutorial transcripts actually changes as you go through the game:

The numbers will get crossed out and give you more precise ranges of points to aim for.
Now, you'd kinda think that maybe you narrow it down by infusing a soul that fits each range? Like it starts off saying 0-1000, so make any soul with more than 1 point in every affinity, then you get your next clue. And then when it says '345-507' or whatever, you need to make a soul within that range to get your next clue.
BUT NOPE!
Instead you have to get all four endings from maxing out one affinity. (Terrified Daughter, Gloomy Daughter, Raging Daughter, Euphoric Daughter)
But then that only unlocks half of the clues, so what do you do next? You have to unlock the same endings again twice, because somehow the game counts them as separate endings even if the achievements don't.
You get the variant version of each ending by having maximum of one affinity, but also half of every other affinity, instead of none. Sadness 1000, Fear 500, Joy 500, Anger 500 = the same scene as Gloomy Daughter but this time you unlock a new clue in the transcript.
I have no clue why it works this way, it was so confusing!
So after you complete these 8 infusions, this page will now show the answer as to what mix of affinities you need to revive your daughter. It seems to be be randomized for each playthrough, so you need to follow these steps to find your answer.

The Truth
Unlock "The Truth" story
Get The End but also complete all your memoirs first. Prepare for a really depressing true ending!

I haven't been able to figure out how to get these, and anyone who can help out would be awesome!

The Pacifist

Persecution

and also Stories Unveiled but that's just cos it's the 100% completion achievement

Things I have tried that didn't work as the solution:

* Persecution: tried ruining my relationship with every shopkeeper, cos maybe they kick you out? However nothing happens when one character reached 0 relationship, and it seems to be impossible to lower everyone's relationship since the gardener never gives you material requests. If anyone knows how to lower relationship without failing requests, maybe this might work?
* The Pacifist: tried grinding for 6 hours to max out everyone's relationship and unlock all the memoirs without killing a single homunculus ever. You get a very small amount of relationship with everyone whenever you work at their jobs, and it's really hard with the guard cos he gains relationship slowly and is only available for short periods of time each day. But yeah, nothing happened and it was a big waste of time, you finish the memoirs and then you're still stuck unable to get any ending unless you kill a homunculus to infuse in your daughter's soul.
And I can't find any way to avoid killing the homunculi in the tutorial, even if you skip it it still acts like you did.

Also, after getting the 'truth' ending, and seeing the reveal that the daughter is a fake and actually your evil future self in disguise (???) I thought maybe you got an extra ending by letting her soul run out now that you know this. But no, if you run out of embalming fluid at any point its not only game over but the game deletes your save file. That's kinda messed up!
So yeah, I really don't have it in me to go through all that again to test any more possibilities post true ending. If these achievements really are possible, they must take a genius or at least a very patient man!
