Gamerules: Borderless Force Projection

This mod adds in options that allow empires to ignore the neighbouring and relative strength requirements for declaring rivalries and sending subjugation demands.


Civic - Borderless Ambitions:
This new civic is available to all but to pacifist and gestalt consciousness and empires. It allows an empire to ignore the neighbouring requirement for declaring rivalries and sending subjugation demands. While rivalled by non-neighbours empires can declare rivalry in return.


Ascension Perk – Galactic Force Projection:
The existing ascension perk has been modified to allow empires to ignore the relative strength requirements for declaring rivalries and demanding subjugation of other empires. Unlike the neighbouring rules, declaring a rivalry will not allow the other empire to ignore the relative strength requirement to declare in return.
