Fastest Brouzouf and EXP
By handsoap
Make Lods of Emone very easily by abusing a certain spawn point.

THIS ONLY WORKS DURING THE MARS CAMPAIGN MISSION
You must reach Mars through the campaign after the Monolith mission for this to work. Entering the door that leads to Noctis Labyrinthus for side missions from the Temple won't make this work because you are unable to activate the necessary spawn point.

Requirements
Set your enemy reinforcement ratio/spawn rate to "Invasion" and uncheck the "Limit Enemy Reinforcements" in the "Options" menu. This makes enemies spawn immediately and infinitely after they've been killed as long as their spawn point/node is out of sight. Also, set the game difficulty to "Ghost" to increase the amount of Brouzouf and EXP you earn for every kill. Don't worry about losing all of your resurrectors as you'll just respawn in the Teleporter Safe Room after leaving the Dream Sequence.

Things you'll need:
  • YOU MUST BETRAY THE SECRETA. Murder your buddies at the beginning of the mission or the lone soldier in the Teleporter safe room housing a mobile armory; doing so will activate the necessary Interceptor spawn point. This spawn point belongs to the Secreta and will infinitely spawn Interceptors whose mission is to kill you, the traitor, explaining why they are hostile to everything including the Federals on the ground.

You'll know you activated the Secreta's Interceptor spawn point when Rimanah yells at you.
  • Hunting Machine sniper rifle or the Bear Killer 444 Revolver. I prefer the Hunting Machine because you'll do less reloading overall and if you miss a shot, or your target eats one, you have less chance of losing your rhythm.
  • As many magazines/clips as you can carry.
  • Heavy Armor (you will be shot at). **Not necessary on ghost difficulty as you'll get one-shotted by the combat turrets, regardless.
  • Headache medicine. There will be a plenty of flashes from the Interceptors exploding and this can cause EYEstrain. Seizure Warning.
What to do
Crouch in this spot I'm aiming at. It's arguably the safest spot when grinding for Brouzouf in this fashion. You can run inside when you need to reload or when the Interceptors begin to shoot at you.

Not only is this spot somewhat safe, but a certain stone pillar obscures the Interceptor's spawn location just enough so that when it's shot down another Interceptor spawns immediately negating the need for you to look away or move for another to spawn. Each Interceptor goes down in one to three shots, usually two, netting you 5,000+ Brouzouf each time. After burning through all the clips I could carry on ghost difficulty, I ended up with well over a million Brouzouf and I gained two levels in one sitting.

Keep in mind, though, this method isn't fool-proof! Look out for those Combat Turrets! Finally, give the Interceptors a chance to move a bit after spawning. I got carried a way a few times and shot them immediately as they spawned and my game crashed at least three times within the few hours I was doing this, though the game still saved whatever exp and brouzoufs I made so it wasn't that big a deal. Keep a rhythm.

Video
Note the spawn point and how it must be out of sight for the Interceptor to respawn. Once again, they don't spawn like this unless it's the campaign mission. Don't go complaining that this doesn't work if you came to Mars through the big door in the temple. This video was recorded in normal mode soon after I discovered this trick.

going in the big door and killing deus exes and the fed gunships gives you about 10k per kill for DX and about 11-12k per kill for the gunships if you're on ghost difficulty, though you're more likely to get instakilled by both the deus ex and the random feds that run up with rocket launchers and lasers

Sorry for spamming. After I put so much effort into finding the optimal and fastest route to get your character at max, I need to share my knowledge. Especially if there are so much people who claim to have found the fastest way of something - and most of it isn't the fastest (or safest) way. Not dying is part farming, because dying means loss of XP and therefore time and some of the guides here are rather risky. This spot not so much, because the intercepter looks away from you and you have enough time to hit it twice, before it shoots at you (and with some look it shoots at other enemies first)

wurster corp: deactivate it. I said activate it, because a simple button of "use" is enough <.<

You skipped a lot with this. sadly I didn't find a faster way to complete new eden and electric sheep. Just keep in mind, if you do combat consider using better gear than the fastest

Oh and if you need to fast there(light armor cloak is your friend):
Wurster corp: go to the defensive system, activate it and head for the exit.
Forgotten centre: Hack the defensive system, wait until you get the mission objective to hack boss´ door, kill him and go to the exit - most of the level skipped.
Monolith: hack the first door (hack the defensive system, if you think the turrets will cause trouble, but you have to wait until Dutch tells you to destroy "the most embarrising" turrets. kill dutch(throw the turrets away before hand, if you think they'll make you trouble), kill the other two culter (again if you have cloak or if you fast, you can just ignore them like the turrets), you get a new mission, take the explosive and go to the elevator. Cloak is your friend here again, you don't need to fight anyone, just plant the explosive and the mission is over.

I'm not sure if this the fastest way to gain xp. It's about dealing dmg and killing enemies.. something along those line. Streum changed it at some point, so some guides, like shooting with the BOSCO at armored enemies don't give you a lot of XP.
Since you can control the spawn very easily, you can consider this safest spot to farm. (Fastest way to gain xp would be custom map sermons_003 with excidium at a glitch spot, but this outside the normal game and doesn't really count - you deal a lot of damage to a large group of enemies - this gives you a lot of xp (but not brouzouf) and I don't know where you can replicate it. There are certain spots (like TempleHQ at the Training Grounds) where you can trigger spawns like here, but you'll get easily killed too and everything seems to close to use Excidium(lot of damage in a short time))

I wish I could highlight this guide better, because of all claims, this one is true for Brouzouf

I did a lot of farming, because I'm a stubborn biest and after my first failed attempt to minmaxed, I wanted to bring my new char to maximum as fast as possible.
So Let me tell you after spending too much time on this game:

This! is the fastest way to gain Brouzouf, but be careful if you're standing in a spot (like half of your vision is blocked). Interceptor spawns immeditly after you killed the one before. This may causes crashes. So control the spawn with your vision(look away from the spawn spot). Kill an interceptor, wait at least 1-2 seconds and spawn a new one.
