The range of power plants is reduced from 6 to 4, the range of entertainment buildings is reduced from 6 to 3, and factories are no longer ranged.

Power plants now only provide bonus production to the city they're built in.
Factories provide more production, while entertainment buildings provide more amenities.

Encampment and Aerodrome buildings no longer provide bonus production. Instead, the armory provides its city with an additional city attack each turn, while the airport doubles tourism in its city. The hangar provides more air unit slots, and give a larger xp boost to air units.

The american film studio building no longer doubles tourism in its city. Instead, it provides additional culture when powered, and provides gold from specialists working in its district.

Mexico city suzerain bonus no longer increases the range of ranged buildings. Instead, it provides cities with bonus production from each of their districts.

The great person Nikola Tesla no longer increases the range of ranged buildings. Instead, he builds a power plant in a city, and every power plant provide bonus power.

The great person Joseph Paxton no longer increases the range of ranged buildings. Instead, he builds a stadium in a city, and every stadium and zoo provide an additional amenity.
