8 Way Highway + 8 Way 2/4/6-Lane Roundabout

This is a combination of an 8-way highway roundabout (which is underground) and an 8-way 2/4/6 lane roundabout (above ground). Any of the 16 paths can be closed off, and all three roundabouts are accessible from any highway, although the non-highway entries/exits can only be access from the above ground roundabouts, to save with traffic underground. If a highway is shut off, just use a highway ramp across the two directions, closing it off. The other entrances and exits are currently 4-lane with trees, but they can be upgraded to any non-highway two-way road. It must be a two-way, as there is only one access point for each direction, although I am trying to figure out how to do that. 32 paths is going to be rough, so I will need some time.
