Here's what ya gonna do

Here's what ya gonna do

Choose Rift Walkers.
Choose Easy mode.
Go to the desert island.
Choose a mission with moutains.
Load up that mission and before you place the units, type ` (tilde; the key before '1') and type 'secret'. Hit the enter key. One of the mountains is now cracked. Kill that moutain and grab the pickup under it. On the next turn a pod will drop. Protect it. You don't have to grab it.

Rinse and repeat three times.

@Blankedy Blank, or if you are trying to cheat efficiently you could use the console commands
- 'pilot Pilot_Rock'
- 'pilot Pilot_Mantis'
- 'pilot Pilot_Zoltan'

This works on any map with mountains or frozen tiles, and any mechs. You don't have to do it on the desert island only with the Rift Walkers. I appreciate guide, cuz I wasn't about to play the game 100 times breaking open mountains, like an idiot.

Hi 8bit - thanks for the note - but I did not have to close and reopen. Worked in the same session.

Only thing i want to point out is that I think in order to get it to work for the 3 times is that I had to close and reopen my game each time I got a new ftl pilot, hopefully i'm remembering correctly but thats how I had to go around doing it. I think it gives trouble doing it multiple times but i could be wrong
