Legacy Stellaris version supported: v2.0.*

Sean's Explore Other Empires
This mod lets all empires explore each other's territory, a "feature" which was removed in recent Stellaris updates, and which makes completing some quests impossible.
The crazy thing is that this works with games in progress! If you met empires that you wanted to survey and install this mod, their territory will be surveyable again!

Compatibility
The devs have made some weird decisions regarding surveying other empires, so I am not sure how well this will work.
This mod overwrites the "default" entry in
00_country_types.txt
so make sure that you aren't using any mods that edit this specific entry (ones that enable AI piracy do. Deactivate them; this mod includes the beta code that fixes that problem in it, as well).

The devs have made some weird decisions regarding surveying other empires, so I am not sure how well this new version will work.

Leaving this 2.0.X version here for anyone playing old versions of Stellaris :)

I can survey other empires. But it's pointless as there are no anomalies.

Wow that is really odd. I haven't had these issues, and haven't heard of any similar reports.

@the1sean - Well another problem I have that i've been finding is that I can't survey the capital star of fallen empires. It sorta just stops and trys then stops over and over and says that it is still serveying.
