Chessboard Tile Override

A simple Override to replace Neverwinter Night's chessboard tile texture to appear all white.
ie: marble paved surface

The checkerboard surface is almost always used as a paved surface in a majority of nwn community content. For modules that actually use the checkerboard suface for something specific, this should be disabled. For anything else, I'd consider this a vital override.
