Interesting, I never would have thought of that. I already did the desert laser part and directed it to the mountain .

You have to activate the desert laser first. Then go to the town section. On top of one of the buildings there's a plate that rotates a mirror that is being hit by the laser. You have to reflect the laser so that it hits the cloud. Try it out and tell me if you need a more detailed explanation.
