i have -3k points and need the blueprint to get just my level's Engrams.

As far as your main question. The mod loops through the list of engrams that are able to be learned via level unlocks. I would imagine these engrams you have to hunt are not on this list, thus rendering your undesired result.
Also, Trying to find new stupid unlockables from OTHER mods, would there be any possible support for other mods in the future? I was under the impression (and I think it was like this before) That it literally unlocked every engram, and we'd like that again.
However, still have many "hidden" engrams requiring to be found... even with consuming the item(s) from the mod. Thought it was only one, not 6?
I wish Ark would make a way for mod makers to send out "Hey, MAJOR update here" warnings...
