Lex Luger arrived in Jim Crockett Promotions in early 1987 with one goal: I want to be a Horsemen. Luger campained to join the group as his friends tired to talk him out of it. The Horsemen accepted Luger as an associate at first, and later a full member when Ole Anderson was kicked out of the group. Luger took advantage of the perks of being in the Horsemen when JJ Dillon assited Luger in the win of his first title, the US Title. As time went on Luger began to feel he didn't need the Horsemen to win and this led to a conflict with the other Horemen members ...
