This guide provides details on how to get every achievement in the game. I also added some tips about in game story and how to check selected storyline for your own.
I made some maps and screeshots. I hope it will helps you! :)

Be aware that you can't make 100% achivements in one playthrough. Anyway - it's easy to repeat sections, you can just load any chapter you want (after unlocking it).

Tip for chapter 5 and 11
If you need complete guide, check section above. If you wanna just a tip, so you could find solution for your own and experience game all by yourself - read this section.


Complete story (what happend) in the Town of Light is a mix of four aspects:
  • Experience
  • Diary
  • Memories
  • Medical records

Some experience depends of your choices.
Diary is optional to find, but it remain the same.
Memories remain the same. You unlock them by following story.
Medical records remain the same, but you can read it or not.




In chapter 5 and in chapter 11 you have a chance to "talk" with Renee. After every answer you will se a picture with arrows, one guy and a few guys. There are 4 different pictures.

It shows when your answer rely on Experience, real facts and when answer is rational.







It shows when your answer rely on Diary and Renee feelings or fears







It shows when your answer rely on Renee Memories







It shows when your answer rely on Medical records








Depends of how you answer, experience will be little bit different. There are 2 main ways (and after chapter 11 - 4 ways). If you wanna unlock other ways, just check at "chapters" section which picture is on chapter you want to unlock, then load chapter 5/11 and answer the way it is needed. You need more than a half answers matching to chapter you wanna unlock.

The First Clues
Unlock Chapter 5


How to get it: Follow the story and it will unlock.


Alone
Unlock Chapter 6a


How to get it: On chapter 5 you need to pick up medical files from doctor's desk (room C, in front of stairs, upper floor). Answer C and A. Follow the story - go outside, using back door.
The other combinations also works here, for example - B-B-A.


Together
Unlock Chapter 6b


How to get it: On chapter 5 you need to pick up medical files from doctor's desk (room C in front of stairs, upper floor). Answer B - A - B - C. Follow the story - go outside, using back door.


Rationalism
Unlock Chapter 12a


How to get it: On chapter 11a (after playing 6a scenario) pick up medical files. Answer A-C-A-A-B-A, then go to Storeroom (upper floor). Inside top left drawer you need to find Amara's files and read it. Achivement will unlock after white flash.


Depression
Unlock Chapter 12b

How to get it: On chapter 11a (after playing 6a scenario) pick up medical files. Answer A-B-B-A-B-B, then go to Storeroom (upper floor). Inside top left drawer find Amara's files and read it. Achivement will unlock after white flash.


Disassociation
Unlock Chapter 12c


How to get it: On chapter 11b (after playing 6b scenario) pick up medical files. Answer B-C-A-C, then go to Storeroom (upper floor). Just behind doors on your right, there will be Amara's stuff. Pick it up, put it on table and check everything. After reading a diary, go to Nurse's room (go outside room and go to first door on your right). Pick up melody box and follow story. Achivement will unlock after flashback.


Obsession
Unlock Chapter 12d


How to get it: On chapter 11b (after playing 6b scenario) pick up medical files. Answer C-C-B-B-C. Go to Storeroom (upper floor) and turn right. On shelf there will be Amara's items. Pick it up, put it on table and check everything. After reading a diary, go to Nurse's room (go outside room and go to first door on your right). Pick up melody box and follow story. Achivement will unlock after flashback.

//PS: People say you should answer - C-B-B-A-C-A. Both should be working//

How to get it: On chapter 11a (after playing 6a scenario) pick up medical files. Answer C-C-C-C and pick "Amara". Follow the story.
Finding locations (Achivements)
Oreste Bachecco
You are looking for him


How to get it: On chapter 10 (or 11 after reading file) go to one of rooms (location number 10) at upper floor. There will be a skull on doctor's desk. Pick it up, and achivement will unlock.





The Cellar
Find the secret place under the asylum


How to get it: Start game (chapter 1) follow road in front of you. Pass the gate and walk until you see a gap in fence (on your left). Use gap and walk forward (stay near wall) until you see old door on your right side (its located a few steps before stone stairs). Open it and go inside.





The Greenhouse
Find where life thrives


How to get it: Start chapter 6 (a or b) and follow story. After finding "your" stone bench and heading to the kitchen, you will see old greenhouse located near kitchen wall (in front of last two stone benches). You won't miss it, because path leads around it. Just walk in and achivement will unlock.




The Graveyard
Find a place to rest


How to get it: Start chapter 12a or 12b and open gate in front of you. Walk in.



The Little Lake
Looking for somewhere to freshen up


How to get it: Start chapter 12a or 12b. Turn right and keep walking near Graveyard wall. After few seconds you will see a small stone building. Walk in or just walk around it and achivement should unlock.



The Vineyard
Have a taste of Tuscany wine


How to get it: Start chapter 12a or 12b. Turn right and walk forward. After few steps you will see vine. Come closer to it.



The Scaffolding
Walk the plank


How to get it: Start chapter 6a or 6b. Instead of following path, go left and head to concrete mixer. Pass it and turn right just behind protective fence. You will stand on scaffolding. Turn left and just walk on it. Almost at the end there will be alone plank. You need to stand on it, like you wanna jump or something.




Vegetable Garden
Find where they used to work in the garden


How to get it: Start chapter 12a or 12b, turn left and follow the path until you see gate with stone fence. Pass the gate and pass wooden sheed. Soon you should se the vegetable garden. Stand near it to unlock this achivement.



Collectables (Achivements)
A Child's Drawings
Find all the drawings


How to get it: On chapter 13 you need to follow story (walk into school and go along the corridor with ghoslty hands) until you get to labirynth with wallpaper on walls. The point is to click on all of 17 child's drawings. You need to do it fast, because you can't walk forever (dark will come to get you back to normal story).
Remember: When you click on drawing, wait a second. You can go only if sounds start to play (every drawing got it's own voice-scene and it need's to turn on if you want drawing to count).


It's really hard to draw map of this labirynth, because corridors exist on different levels, thats why I just draw corridors intersection. Arrows will help you do everything in right order.

Map legend:
  • Purple point - (at first drawing) is your start location
  • Dark-red points - are drawings (not all of them are on maps, but you won't miss them,don't worry)
  • Numbers - Show you order where go first, where second etc. The same number in two places mean - it's a part of the same path.
  • Arrows - Show you direction where you should go and FROM WHICH SIDE you just came

What to do:
Walk from arrow to arrow. (1 -> 1 -> 2 -> 2 -> 3 -> 3... etc)
Pick all drawings you saw, and all from maps (even if you need to stray from the straight road).

Note:
I didn't draw all the corridors, but you will be okay :) - rest of it has only one-way to go, so you can't lost in it.














The First Page
Find the first part of Renée's diary


How to get it: You need to find one of diary pages. You can do it in chapter 1. When you walk into building, check second door on your left (Ground floor, room 3 at map). There should be a piece of paper on shelf.


The Complete Works of Renée T
Find all of Renée's diary entries


How to get it: I located on map 6/8 pages and chapters when you can grab it. You can find all of them on chapter 10 or you can just reload mentioned chapters and pick notes. Once grabbed -
diary page will remain unlocked. For other 2 pages, you need to follow instructions:
  • Chapter 6 - First page is located at Renee stone bench. You can't miss it if you follow story
  • Chapter 6 - When you step into kitchen, go forward, pass the door, turn left, go straight to end of corridor and turn right. You should walk into ruined toilet. In corner there is a diary page.

ok about chapter 13 it is a timed about 6 mins or less you need to do it in to get all 17 drawings to get the A Child's Drawings achievement

@Radiance you may be right, but I can't tell now. I tried it long time ago. Always when I was lost in corridors and got back few times in same place, my time ended too fast, so I expected it was timer.

Do we know for sure that there is a timer when collecting the children's drawings in the maze? I suspect that maybe the black out is brought on by staring at the lights too much. I felt like I was cut off at inconsistent times when I repeated it (trying to collect them all). When I followed along with a video guide, I noticed that my screen displayed more of a light glare than the person I was watching. I started staring at the ground while walking through the halls, and the glare went away (and I was able to collect all drawings). Idk, worth a shot if you're having a hard time getting through it.
