Kent Building Supplies (RICO Commercial)

Description
A level 2 low-density commerical for use with the RICO mod. Footprint is 16x8. Employs 50 Cims, costs 20000.

Asset stats
Main building
Main mesh: 1662 tris
LoD: 134 tris
Textures 1024 and 256

Sub building (the garden centre)
Main mesh: 20 tris
LoD: 20 tris
Textures 512 and 64

Props and decoration:
Full up on the main building, I used as many props as I could to populate the garden centre area. No dependencies, so that means I haven't placed any ventilation systems on the roof of the building. There are lots out there if it looks a little bare up there. The lod mesh for the walls is tight to the detailed model, so there shouldn't be any clipping if you decide to fancy it up.

About
Kent Building supplies is a hardware and building supplies retailer based in Atlantic Canada. It's part of the Irving chain of companies. Basically it's a Home Depot for us Maritimers. This one is based on the location in Charlottetown, P.E.I.

And
Today marks one year since I started building assets for the game, my moddaversary, if you like. I like to think I've come a long way from that weary old newsroom I put up on the Workshop last march. I was planning on something a bit more fabulous, not some random big box retailer - but whatever. I'm happy with this one.

So please enjoy - and thanks for all your feeback and support. You folks are fantastic.

And housekeeping - There's a lot of moving parts going on here - let me know if something's not working and I'll take a look at it.

@AndrewTGK. Nope, I'm not ever doing the Homburg. Expect the Inn on the Hill before that. :D

I'd suggest the Homberg hotel, but no one would want that in their city... :steammocking:

@AndrewTGK - Thanks! There's no shortage of stuff to make around town.
