AAA Gender Lock

Description
Lets you to toggle the gender(s) allowed (Male / Female / Both) for each of the leader classes (Ruler, Governor, Scientist, Admiral, General) as empire policies.

Side Notes:
- Only for new leaders.
- Doesn't effect elections.
- Leaders that are already generated keep the genders they were generated with.
- The AI is forced to always keep the gender policies if you switch empires on the command line.

Awesome! I've only been playing old versions of Stellaris recently, and can't keep up with new versions coming out. Fell free to prefix your mod with "AAA" if you run into bugs/mod-conflicts if alphanumeric load-order is sill a problem nowadays.

Sorry for the late update.

I can't update the mod with this ID anymore because I was subscribed to my own mod. I've just added 2.2 here:

Also added a "new" mod for the 2.1 version, right now it's the same as the one here but I'm able to update it if needed.

I like the idea of creating an immersive fantasy world for the story telling aspect of the game. This gives me one more option for that story telling.
