Primordial Summoner (v.153)

Description
*For a better experience, i recommend the use of synergies mod("SynergiesMOD v1.337" or something like that), since it has items that can interact with your pet's status.*
----------------
This mod adds a new class, a summoner, and a pet, the Loyal Fiend.

The summoner: as you may have thought, the summoner is a class that specializes in summoning allies to aid him in battle. Still that is not all there is to it. Of course the summons were the main focus of this mod, they have received a lot of work and time.

This mod was initially made for self-entertaining, but i found myself in need to post it so i could play with my mod in my friends' game. I know, of course, that there is an option to keep it visible to friends only, but i decided to publish it open anyway.

I'm a rookie on this, there is still a lot of things to learn about modding.

---------------------About the skills

Well, i have divided the skill groups in three: brutes, swarmers, tankers.

The brutes: based on the sturmbeorn theme(the summons), you are capable of dealing heavy damage with your summons. Your skills are fire based on this one, you will find yourself pleased with the devastation, probably.

The swarmers: based on necromancy, this panel brings up hordes with it's summoning skills and inflicts heavy poisoning and crippling effects.

The Tankers: despite of the name, the tankers also have devastating damage and effects with their skills, but at a slower pace. They have heavy field control with the many pillars you will find yourself surrounded with past level 18. They will be pretty useful if you master the behavior of your summons.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
04/14/18, 00:31AM) - issue(fixed): working on to revert a situation that causes summoned minions's stats(damage, hp, armor) to adapt to the difficult in wich it is.(long solved)
---- (Big rebalancing)
05/08/18, 18:51PM, version 102) - update: I noticed that i was balancing this mod thinks over the elite difficult, so i began to realize how the situation on any other difficult was. Based on this, I have rebalanced all the creatures's stats, overall damage(basic and skill damage) and their HP, but increased their armor to benefit Pet Handling's armor bonus.
-> Another changes:
--> Replaced Share the Wealth skill by Pet Survival. The new skill increases pets' maximum HP, but only the ones direcly summoned by you, the master pets.
--> Legendary Hero Warlord(a summon from Death Lord Swarmer) got his skill's damage ticking time from 0,25 to 0,33 , wich means that the skill will apply damage thrice times per sec. The same change has been applied for Blade Stalker's skill(one of the Death Summoner's summons)
--> Summon Meteor had it's damage decreased on all levels and effects.
* Obs: this change is currently under observation.

I'm thinking on limiting summons and I've already provided a way to do it(wasn't applied yet).

How it will be: let's put it in this way: there are three tiers(1,2,3). It goes from the weakest to the strongest summons according to their level requirement(6, 18, 30). In other words, the level six
summons are the tier 1, 18 are tier 2 and 30 are tier 3. Summoning a tier summon will disable the other tiers' skills that are from the same tier.

How it will work: as soon as you cast any summoning skill, the other summoning skills from the same tier will be disabled, and it is *irreversible*, meaning that you won't be able to recover even if you have an mod that enables you to refund all your skillpoints.

For now that's all

Symbols: " * " stands for fixed text. |- Not all minor adjusts to dmg/hp of monsters will be showed -|

Finally a summoner with so many, huge summons that block my whole screen and make my game lag. That's how it's supposed to be! Truly epic!! :D

Hi there again. Guys, i had quite the drawback on the progression of this mod due to some problems with my older main computer and managed to lose my most updated backup of the mod. Damn. Anyway, after a few days of utter despair, I managed to find one that I've got uploaded on google drive... The thing is that the one I've got is quite old. Must be like 100++ versions earlier.

Thankfully I still have all the updates fairly described for me to make up for the lost time. Certainly will be getting to this version in fairly average time, I believe.

Hi there, guys. I've been away for a while because i'm stuck in some other obligations, but I intend to get back to modding as soon as possible. This week I believe I will be updating the mod again. I will just have to review what is missing and what is still needed to be adjusted.

I'm happy to know that you guys liked the mod. If you see any unintended functions, please, let me know. Since I'm not actually playing a lot these days, it's a little bit hard to cover up the issues. I'm not a specialist at modding, but I will try my best to solve.

Best regards :steamhappy:

Yes, he summons 3 skeletons:

The Tough, which can use a stomp that causes knockback and damage in a large area.
The Mage, which can summon 4 lesser skeletons: a warrior, a tanker, a mage, sharpshooter
The Beserker, which can use an area damaging skill around him, continuously damaging enemies that are close to him.

Does the death lord swarmer only spawn skeletons?

Thank You guys for the lightning speed feedback xD

Hmm. The Idea of making it a choice was what I was thinking, too. I have no problem myself in cointaining on not summoning them all, but,as You mention, there is more than a single taste. A "switch" might serve very well indeed. This will require a considerable amount of time, I think, so I will push it a little more, though.

So It is decided. I appreciate very much your consideration on such a full answering regarding the topic. Thank You! :)
