Better Forts

Description
Forts can be built on tiles with woods or rainforest. They provide a +6 static defense bonus (up from +4). Worked forts provide +1 production after researching siege tactics. These changes also apply to the roman fort, the chinese great wall, the maori pa, and the granadan alcazar.

The military engineer unit unlocks earlier, at the engineering tech. It can built forts right from the beginning, without needing the siege tactics tech. The cost is 100 production (down from 170). Production cost increases by +8 for each engineer built (similar to how cost of builders increase by +4 for each unit built).

it actually works, I think. it is possible to enable it even if the game says its incompatible.

Sorry deleted my question right when I asked it. I've got confused as I realize I already have your "better great wall mod downloaded" which I find to be suiting. However the GS expansion says that mod is still out of date.

Sorry, but I'm not gonna do that. I think early forts are needed as counterweight against aggressive civs launching surprise attacks, that's why I made them unlock at engineering.

Just tested it With Civ 6 Rise and Fall multiplayer, it crashed.
