[AES] Solstice Escort Frigate

The Solstice-class Escort Frigate was designed to protect AES' more vulnerable vessels, such as carriers and transports, wherever they may go. Its weapons fill a primarily anti-fighter role, but pack enough punch to deal with larger assailants. Built with an overkill power system and limited production facilities, the Solstice is designed to maintain a symbiotic relationship with its VIS.
