Leader: Celsi (Based on a ship name in FFX)

Homeworld: Spira

Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: Peaceful, cultural, diplomatic, traders

Description: An aquatic speciies from Final fantasy 10. A bit below my standards but adds variety. Good source of peaceful trade. If you end up at war with them, it's because you started it.

Note: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
