About the model
The twelfth building of my New England series. The building is located in Boston, at you guessed it: 160 state street. You've seen this one before, only a bit smaller, some other details. This one also shares it textures with 159 state street.

This model has about 2159 tris and I managed to cramp it on a 1536x512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination, and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 52 tris with a 256x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular and illumination map.

RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.

I like your buildings but I have problems with this one here and the 159 state street corner. They always disappear when I put them with RICO at the corner. I already checked the High Res Zone. Any suggestions?

Well it´s a corner building, if you plop it somewhere different it´ll despawn. You can only plop with anarchy or try search mod with plop the growables, works as well.

No, I plop all buildings using the Buildings Theme Manager. It's in the right zone and land value is ok.

Gr8 set of buildings! But same issue here. This and the other "State" model disappear the second they're constructed.
