Leader: Memnon

Homeworld: Gommorah

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Aggressive, cruel, expansive, oppurtunistic, xenophobic.

Description: Just wants to conquer the galaxy, that's it. Declares war on me EVERY SINGLE GAME he's in. Good if you want an aggressor.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
