Name: Akkadian assassins

Source: The scorpion king

Leader: Mathayus

Homeworld: Akkadia

Ideology: Pragmatic

Behavior: Expansive

Description: The scorpion king. Not outright aggressive but wants a vast empire. Will go to war and has bonuses to defense (heroic and +2 courageous). Actually ends up at war with memnon fairly often, should the 2 be in the same game.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
