Note from the developers:
-droptest is not and never was a 'feature'. You can find the feature list on the game's store page. Since it's a debug command and not a feature (neither was it ever advertised as such), the development team reserves the right to modify, rename or remove it at any time without prior notification.

• Find 𝖴 𝖫 𝖳 𝖱 𝖠 _ 𝖧 𝖠 𝖱 𝖣 𝖢 𝖮 𝖱 𝖤 in your library
  
• Right click on it and hit properties
  
• In properties, click Set Launch Options, and paste this:
  -droptest

• Open the Task Manager
  
• Find ultra_hardcore_launcher
  
• Select it and hit End Task.

In case of not seeing it, click More Details, or go to the Details window, and look there

• Find 𝖴 𝖫 𝖳 𝖱 𝖠 _ 𝖧 𝖠 𝖱 𝖣 𝖢 𝖮 𝖱 𝖤 in your library
  
• Right click on it and hit properties
  
• In properties, click Set Launch Options, and delete everything that's in there
  
• Launch the game and play normally
