More Buildable Pops (2.1)

Omschrijving
This mod is no longer relevant as of 2.2 and will not be updated.

A Simple mod that lets you plan your Pop growth on planets, by allowing you to queue up the normal growth for the cost of food to the specific tiles you want that pop on. (just like Robots)
Allowing you to much easier micromanage multiple species on the same planet.

Pop Control will also remove queued buildable pops as well as normal growth, instead I've added a new free trait "Birth Controlled" that can be selected from start or gene modded into species later on. With this trait the natural pop growth will be disabled, and instead the species can only be build via buildable pop menu, on a shared queued with other species and robots.

Planet management has never been easier!

KNOWN ISSUES:
* All available species in your empire will be available from the list on all planets, but only planets that already has atleast 1 pop of this species will be able to be buildt on that planet. If you try to build any other species on that planet, they will be removed at next "month tick" by the game. I've not found a way around this yet.
UPDATE 2018-06-01:
Improved to only show pops of already present species classes in the list, still not perfect but better than before.(thx! @cray935)

COMPATIBILITY:
*Any mod that adds species_classes (usually portrait mods) will not have buildable pop variants for those species available by default. For the most popular portrait mods I can manually add compatibility (see change log for exact mods)

Might expand the mod in future adding special pops that can be buildt (such as pre-defined slaves or similar).

@Interuse, when both have the trait they share queue also with robots, that's nothing I can change.

But it's actually not that straight forward that your growth will be halved just because they share queue, because the planet pop malus doesn't count when natural growth is disabled, so each pop will grow faster. I counter balance this in turn with slower growth for the trait pops. so on big planets, it could actually still be faster.

This mod badly affects on Syncretic Evolution becouse you can build only one pop per time, when the major feature of this Civ is coming from having separate species growing in parallel.
Any chances to fix this?
A "Workaround" for this problem is to have one species (the main one e.g.) without control, but this is inconvenient.

@Commander, this is not a conflict per say, but rather that the 4 mods you have that adds portraits also adds new species_classes with them, that my mod was not aware off. I've updated it now with a compatibility_patch for; saurischian portraits, sharkanian portraits, xirmian portrait, ElvesOfStellaris - so it should work for you, please test.

@commander, I need more info to troubleshoot that. What empire/civics are you playing? Do you have any other mod that somehow changes robots or creates more Buildable pops?
