Name: Snow elf chantry

Source: elder scrolls skyrim

Leader: Gelebor

Homeworld: Auri-el

Ideology: Benevolent

Behavior: Cultural, spiritual, trader.

Description: Meeting this guy in dawnguard made me want to see the snow elves as they were and thus this civ was born. Focuses on trade but tends to shun those who are not benevolent. Still possible to make friends just more difficult. High mass, extra tech, bonus to trade.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
