Description
Name: Volturi coven

Source: Twilight

Leader: Aros

Homeworld: Volterra

Ideology: Malevolent

Behavior: Cruel, cultural, xenophobic

Description: While twilight had a wack sense of vampires, and i did NOT include the cullens as a civ, the volturi were at least partially redeeming. They're strong enough to be included as a civ at least. Tends to pick on weaker races and doesn't really want friends, the volturi do their own thing. A strong enough military will keep them at bay and they can be alright neighbors, if you don't mind them fighting others. Tough, agile, warriors and slavers with bonus to invading legions.

Notes: Custom foreground, leader picture, and logo. NO CUSTOM SHIPS. All of my uploaded civs are meant for AI, not player control. (There is no starting screen text or civilian names). None of my civs use Drengin (Red) as their borders as I use that for my own civ.
